1 Acceptance of These Terms

By using the Leaf Overseas website, contacting our counselors, or availing any of our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all students and guardians who interact with Leaf Overseas through any channel—website, phone, WhatsApp, email or our Surat office.

2 Free Consulting Services 100% Free

Our core counseling—course selection, university shortlisting, application guidance and visa strategy—is 100% free. We do not charge any processing fee, counseling fee or advance deposit.

Leaf Overseas earns from direct university partnerships, so student-facing guidance stays free.

3 Education Loan Assistance

Eligible students who submit all valid, complete documents receive education loan assistance 100% free. Free

Free case: student meets lender eligibility criteria (academic record, co-applicant income, credit profile) and provides all valid documents—admission letter, income proof, ID/address proof, bank statements and collateral papers, if required.
Charges apply otherwise: if the student is not eligible, documents are incomplete or invalid, or the case needs extra work beyond the standard process, service charges apply. Charges Apply
Any such charge is quoted case-by-case and confirmed in writing before any paid work begins. No surprise bills, ever.

Loan approval is at the sole discretion of the bank or NBFC. Leaf Overseas does not guarantee loan sanction.

4 Fund Show / Financial Documentation

We prepare and present your fund show (bank statements, balance certificates, source-of-funds proof) embassy-perfect.

Fund show up to ₹10,00,000 (₹10 lakh): 100% FREE. Free
Fund show above ₹10 lakh: service charges apply. Charges Apply
Charges for cases above ₹10 lakh are determined case-by-case based on amount complexity, documentation volume and turnaround time—and are communicated upfront in writing before work starts.

Bank/embassy charges, fixed-deposit creation charges and statutory fees are separate and payable directly by the student.

5 Savings & Offer Claims

"Save up to ₹1,00,000" covers fee waivers, avoided processing fees, better forex, reduced courier costs and eliminated agent commissions. Actual savings vary by country, university and profile.

The free one-way flight ticket applies when the student completes the application and visa process through Leaf Overseas. Ticket routes, dates and partner airlines are subject to availability and internal criteria (terms apply).

6 Visa Success Ratio

Our 100% visa success ratio reflects our track record to date—every application filed through Leaf Overseas has been approved.

The final decision always rests with the respective embassy. No consultant can guarantee an embassy outcome. We maximise your chances through complete documentation, honest profile assessment and rigorous mock interviews.

7 Third-Party & Statutory Fees

The following are payable by the student directly and are not part of our free services:

University admission and tuition fees
Embassy visa application fees
English exam fees (IELTS/PTE) and university application fees, unless a waiver applies
Medical tests, police clearance, attestation, courier and translation charges
Bank/NBFC charges for loans and fund show instruments

8 Student Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide genuine, valid and complete documents—false or forged papers end the engagement immediately and at your risk
Disclose full academic, financial and immigration history honestly
Respond within requested timelines—delays can miss intakes and visa windows
Verify all information shared; final admission and visa rules rest with universities and embassies

9 Limitation of Liability

Leaf Overseas provides professional guidance with due care, but outcomes (admission, loan sanction, visa approval) depend on third parties. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any decision by a university, bank or embassy is limited to the service fees actually paid to us for the relevant service (nil, for free services).
